Portland Police Homicide detectives arrested 49-year old Patrick Gurley February 15, 2010 and charged him with one count of Murder in a homicide incident that occurred on January 31, 2010.

In Salem, 16.0 percent, or 10,897, of all residential properties with a mortgage were in negative equity for Q4 2009., according to First American CoreLogic Q4 2009 Negative Equity Data.

More than 11.3 million, or 24 percent, of all residential properties with mortgages were in negative equity at the end of the fourth quarter of 2009.
This is up from 10.7 million and 23 percent at the end of the third quarter of 2009.
Everyone needs to be supported, but convincing people to destroy the future of their descendants to get that support is not a sensible way to do it.
