Double Fatal Traffic Crash East of Newport Oregon

A Subaru crossed the centerline and crashed head-on with an eastbound pickup occupied by two people.

(NEWPORT, Ore.) - Two people died and a third person was injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle head-on crash on Highway 20 about five miles east of Newport. Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers are continuing the investigation, including confirmation of victims and completion of next of kin notification.
