What I Learned This Past Holiday Season

I learned much this past holiday season. Mostly, that I’m a blessed and lucky guy to have the family I have.

New Skatepark is First of its Kind for Gresham

Gresham worked closely with residents and community groups to ensure the park will be compatible with other nearby uses.

(GRESHAM, Ore.) - Gresham skatepark The city of Gresham recently opened the first phase of its planned 14,000 square foot skate plaza at Main City Park on S. Main Avenue.

Laura Bridges-Shepard, Gresham's Communications Manager, says the first phase is comprised of street elements that include stairs, banks, ramps, ledges, and other urban street course design features totaling 5,710 square feet.

Coalition) confronted Laguna Beach City Council requesting they take a more aggressive stance and litigate upstream polluters to protect our residents.

The Council blinked and the CWN!C co-hosted what was the first municipal meeting for this issue on November 9th, a greatly publicized and media saturated workshop with local ocean pollution as the sole topic.

Thousands are thought to have perished.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Haiti earthquake An earthquake with preliminary magnitude 7.3 occurred in the Haiti region at 5:53 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time on January 12th, 2010, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).

According to reports from the area, damage to the densely crowded capital city of 2 million people was apparently widespread.

Jefferson Man Dies After Stepping in Front of Oncoming Train (VIDEO REPORT)

Officials say the railroad crossing arms were down and the lights were flashing when the man walked around them, and into the path of the oncoming train.
