Americans need a national New Year's resolution: to end the barbaric practice of male genital mutilation, otherwise known as circumcision.

Sandy Murder Suspect Arrested After Returning to Scene of Crime

41-year old Michael Scott Bighaus, the suspect wanted in connection with this investigation – returned to the scene of the crime.

(SANDY, Ore.) - 41-year old Michael Scott Bighaus This morning at 5:50 a.m., Clackamas County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested the suspect believed responsible for the shooting death of 66-year old Vivian Faye Bighaus. Michael Bighaus was apprehended without incident.

Shortly before 6:00 a.m. this morning, Clackamas County Sheriff's deputies were conducting surveillance of the Bighaus residence – the crime scene -- at 56560 E. Fernwood Circle, in Sandy, according to Clackamas Sheriff's Office Spokesman Jim Strovink.

Manhunt Continues: Police Say Suspect Shot His Mother to Death Friday

Clackamas County Sheriff's Office identifies the deceased shooting victim in Sandy‏

(SANDY, Ore.) - 41-year old Michael Scott Bighaus The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office has completed all family notifications concerning the shooting victim on E. Fernwood Circle, in Sandy.

The deceased shooting victim is identified as 66-year old Vivian Faye Bighaus, who resided with her husband of 44-years –- 67-year old Phillip Bighaus, at their residence situated at 56560 E. Fernwood Circle, in Sandy.

The victim, Vivian Faye Bighaus, is the mother of the suspect identified as Michael Scott Bighaus.
