Search On for Escaped Prison Inmate Clinton Orvill Swearingen II

During the course of the search over the last three days, law enforcement recovered blood from a stolen vehicle and clothes covered in blood abandoned in a local Madras neighborhood.

(MADRAS) - Swearingen is a 31-year-old Caucasian male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Oregon State Police, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and the Madras Police Department are still searching for inmate Clinton Orvill Swearingen II, who escaped from Deer Ridge Correctional Institution on Sunday, May 4th.

DRCI staff discovered inmate Clinton Orvill Swearingen II missing during the 10:15 p.m. count time, Sunday, May 4. Video footage shows that Swearingen climbed the razor-wire fence at approximately 9:20 pm.

British Soldier Persecuted, Institutionalized for Discussing Common Law Arrest Warrants Against Elizabeth Windsor

Cunningham reported the existence of the standing arrest warrant against Windsor for crimes against humanity.

(STAFFORD, England) - Elizabeth Windsor Vivian Cunningham, a serving soldier in the Irish Guards Regiment in Aldershot, Hampshire, has been detained, institutionalized and drugged against his will for mentioning to a senior officer the Common Law arrest warrants against convicted felon Elizabeth Windsor (aka "Queen Elizabeth").

Cunningham has been detained without consent for 6 months.

Ganesan, a senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) member warned his party on 5 May 2014 in Tiruchi that Pakistan had chosen Sri Lanka as a base for organising arms training camps for terror outfits and was trying to send militants into India through coastal routes.

He said that Sri Lanka was aware of these illegal activities taking place on its soil, but had not acted upon them.

Can Multnomah County Help Black Youth Stay Out of Juvenile Court?

In 2001 Multnomah County was hailed nationally for its success in reducing the disproportionate numbers of Black and Hispanic youth in juvenile detention.

(PORTLAND The Skanner) - Youth danced outside the Rosewood Cafe in East Portland in 2012 Black youth in Multnomah County are 4.68 times more likely to end up in juvenile court than white youth. Once involved with the juvenile justice system Hispanic youth in Multnomah County are more than three times as likely as white youth to go to a secure juvenile prison.

And the racial disparities in Multnomah County, home to 49 percent of Black youth and 16 percent of Hispanic youth are worse than for the State of Oregon overall.

“To work and live at St. Joseph’s Hospice has become my life, and I am grateful for it,” - Sister Margeret Walsh, from Ireland, the hospice administrator, who came in the 1960s when the hospice was founded.

(RAWALPINDI, Pakistan) - St. Joseph`s Hospice in Rawalpindi St. Joseph’s Hospice, in Rawalpindi, celebrated its 50th anniversary recently. Pakistan has a population of more than 180 million people, including around five million Christians, a few million Hindus and other religious minorities.

The word hospice is Spanish, and it means a place where the sick are treated and cared for as long as it takes, till they recover and can go back into active life in the society.

A notice conveying the ‘instruction’ with the signature of the Registrar has been put up at several places inside the University premises on Tuesday.

(MELBOURNE) - Students at Jaffna Univ Even ten UNHRC resolutions in Geneva will not bring freedom of expression and movement to the Eelam Tamils. Now that the Tamil students are free from their academic studies, they will not be allowed to conduct any Mullivaaykkal function anywhere else in the Tamil Homeland.

As if this is not enough to stifle the freedom of expression of the Tamils, no church or temple bells will be allowed to toll during this period. No memorial prayers could be held in the temple or church premises. Any symbol of reference to the dead martyrs or civilians will invite arrests.
