Salem Shooting Victim Dies

The victim of the Saturday morning shooting at the Londonaire Apartments, 955 Concord St NE, died Saturday evening at Salem Hospital

(SALEM, Ore.) - The victim of the Saturday morning shooting at the Londonaire Apartments, 955 Concord St NE, died Saturday evening at Salem Hospital.

He has been identified as 23 year old Charlie Rivera of Woodburn. Next of kin have been identified. An autopsy is planned for Monday morning.

The victim was identified as Linda Sue Sinclair, 49 years old, from Stayton. The investigation reveals Sinclair was the driver and single occupant of a 1980 Toyota Celica.
