Sheriff`s Divers Recover Man in Clackamas River

The Clackamas River water temperature was 64 degrees today. The Sheriff's Office wants to remind everyone to wear life jackets and be aware the water is still cold this time of year.

(CLACKAMAS, OR) - Rescue on Clackamas River The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office responded to the call of a swimmer who had gone under the water just below the High Rocks area on the Clackamas River.

He was recovered and transported to the hospital with a pulse. It happened today at 2:28 p.m.

Ronald Goldman, Ph.D. says some circumcised men and clinicians report psychological harm, including "anger toward parents and others, sexual anxieties, reduced emotional expression and empathy, low self-esteem and avoidance of intimacy."

(BOSTON) - Dr. Ronald Goldman and Dr. Ronald Gray The Wall St. Journal today published a debate on male infant circumcision between Ronald Goldman, Ph.D., executive director of the Circumcision Resource Center in Boston, and Ronald Gray, a circumcision advocate and researcher.

Goldman, the author of Circumcision: The Hidden Trauma, noted that most of the world rejects circumcision "as harmful genital surgery, like removing other natural, healthy, functioning body parts."

One Dies, Several Hurt in Linn County Crash

A 70-year old male, was pronounced deceased at the scene; several others were transported to the hospital for treatment.

(ALBANY) - Fatal crasn in Oregon-6-15-13 Oregon State Police (OSP) are continuing the investigation into Saturday afternoon's two vehicle fatal traffic crash at the intersection of Highway 99E and Lake Creek Lane in Linn County.

The crash resulted in the death of an adult male and serious injuries to 5 other people. All names will be released Sunday morning.

Two Prison Inmates Escape, Captured by Police

Willis and McComas escaped Friday night after walking away from Mill Creek Correctional Facility in Salem.

(SALEM) - McComas and Willis Today at approximately 12:15 p.m., Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers arrested an escaped prison inmate named Tyson McComas near SE Mildred Lane and SE Box Canyon Street.

The arrest came after receiving a citizen's tip of a person matching the description of the escaped inmates. The second escaped inmate, Shane Willis, was believed to be in the area.
