Tualatin Man Arrested for Aggravated Animal Abuse for Killing His Dog

Tualatin officers arrested Jacob Moffitt for Aggravated Animal Abuse in the First Degree.

(TUALATIN, OR) - Handcuffs On March 14, 2013 at about 1:00PM, Tualatin Police were called to the Rivercrest Meadows Apartments in Tualatin for a call of a suspicious circumstance. Officers were summoned to the scene on a report of a large dog that was found dead in the dumpster.

Upon arrival, officer located a large Labrador retriever dead in a dumpster of the complex.

Marion County Man Strikes Power Pole, Dies in Crash

Jacob Abbas was the sole occupant of the car and died at the scene from his injuries.

(SALEM) - Jacob Abbas died in a crash early this morning A 26-year old Marion County resident died in a single car crash on Talbot Road SE in Jefferson early this morning.

Marion County deputies were called to the crash at 12:29 a.m. Sergeant Todd Moquin was the first law enforcement officer to arrive at the scene, however another local man had already taken the pulse of the deceased.
