(TEHRAN Press TV) - In this edition of the show Faiza Ahmed reviews the film; Rebellion, directed by Mathieu Kassovitz. Her guests are Dave Calhoun, film critic with Time Out Magazine, and Ken O'Keefe, activist and Salem-News.com writer.

It was April 1988, Ouvea island, New Caledonia, when 30 French policemen were taken hostage by a group of Kanak separatists.

In response, 300 soldiers from France were sent to New Caledonia to restore order, but 27 soldiers are taken hostage.

Two men come face to face: Philippe Legorjus, captain of the GIGN and Alphonse Dianou, head of the hostage takers.

Through shared values, they will try to win the dialogue. But in the midst of a presidential election, when the stakes are political, order is not always dictated by morality.
