When Hamas executes people, western media covers it. We bring you the other side.
(GAZA STRIP) - Israeli occupation forces (IOF) executed two Palestinian resistance fighters east of Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip, on Tuesday, Hebrew news reports indicated.
The Hebrew radio said that the two; Abdul Rahman Al-Astal, 19, and Hamada Shahwan, 19, were trying to infiltrate into Palestinian land occupied in 1948 when they were spotted and shot dead.
Dr. Muawiya Hasanein, the head of ambulance and emergency in the health ministry, told media agencies that the IOF troops were firing artillery shells at citizens' homes in Farahin area east of Khan Younis since the early morning hours coupled with heavy machine gun fire by Apache army choppers and by soldiers stationed in military watchtowers.
He said that his department was not informed of any casualties, but noted that Israeli ambulances were seen on the Israeli side.
Agencies said that the IOF soldiers were advancing into the area since the early morning hours, adding that violent confrontations were taking place between the invading troops and resistance fighters.
Moreover, Israeli occupation soldiers shot today a Palestinian elderly woman in Rafah, in the south of the Gaza Strip.
The Director of Emergency Services at Al-Shefa Hospital, Dr. Muawiya Hassanein, said that the medical staff transferred Salma Shlouf, 65, to the hospital, saying that she was critically injured.
Eyewitnesses said that the woman was herding her sheep near the Gaza-Occupied territories border.
Israeli occupation has imposed a harsh siege on Palestinian people in Gaza since four years ago, which affects the daily lives of Gaza residents who suffer from daily Israeli aggressions.
Many humanitarian supplies have been prevented from entering to Gaza Strip for the past 4 years; these supplies are: food, fuel, reconstruction materials and medications.
