Plumlee's Thoughts for Today... A friendly note to our elected officialsRobert 'Tosh' Pumlee Salem-News.com
"We the People of the United States want our country back. We demand changes in the White House."
(LAS CRUCES, NM) - I am sorry to say that the President of the United States and his Administration has demonstrated to the American people, on more than one occasion, that they are incapable of running the affairs of this Nation.
Collectively, they have demonstrated to the American people that they are not leaders. They have shown the people they can’t think on their feet. They have no plan to halt the terrorist movement that is currently invading the Middle East, and soon to invade this country.
This Administration and its Advisors have abandoned the American people in their time of need. They are in process of destroying the future of this country and the futures of many generations to come.
This President, and his appointees, have proven to the American people that they are incapable of protecting our National Security; incapable of protecting the Constitution of the United States; incapable of protecting the American way of life. They have abandoned their oath of office, their allegiances to this country, which they took when they accepted these responsibilities.
I have often said, "...if you can define the problem in one simple sentence, then you have solved ninety percent of the problem."
"...The President of the United States and his Administration has demonstrated to the American people, on more than one occasion, that they are incapable of running the affairs of this Nation..." That’s a fact.
Now, we as a Nation have to solve this problem. I call upon our elected officials in Congress, the Senate, and the House, to take control of the affairs of this Nation. To not turn this into party politics, or long winded debates.
We the people do not have time for these kinds of shenanigans. We the People do not have the time for the elegant double talk of party politics, and special interest lobbyist and their cronies.
This is not the solution to our problems at this point in time. We the people are in terrible times, and we need strong collective leadership. We the people must speak. Peacefully, we must act.
Together as a Nation under God, we must act now and make our voices heard in those Scared Halls of Washington DC. We Americans must abandon our shield of Apathy and Laziness’ and act.
We must pick up the Pen and not the Sword. We must shout from the rooftops. We must collectively in one unified voice demand to our elected officials, on both sides of our party politics, Democrats and Republicans, that these changes are necessary in our governing body and should be implemented immediately.
We, the citizen, must approach our elected officials, in Congress, The Senate, and, The House, with one unwavering voice. "We the People of the United States want our country back. We demand changes in the White House."
We, the American citizen, ask you, in Congress, and the Senate, to collectively and immediately, to take charge of the affairs of this Nation. We humbly ask you to make the necessary changes that will give this country back to the people.
We the people ask you, for the sake of our Constitution, for the sake of our National Security, and in remembrances of all those who have paid the ultimate price to keep this Nation free from tyrants, and all enemies both domestic and foreign. Its past time for you to act.
I beg you in the Congress and the Senate, to join with me and the people of the United States to accomplishing and set in motion this endeavor.
As a Nation, we do not have the luxury of time. The enemies are at the gates, pounding loud and clear. Can’t you hear them?
Thank You; Tosh Plumlee
