Monmouth Man Wins $1 Million Raffle Jackpot

The Oregon Lottery announced the winning number for the $1 million top prize in the St. Patrick's Day Raffle is 193951.

(SALEM, Ore.) - The latest jackpot winner is David Lynn of Monmouth, who won the $1 million St. Patrick's Day Raffle. Lynn purchased the ticket at the Stop and Save gas station in Rickreall. The winning number for the $1 million top prize in the St. Patrick's Day Raffle is 193951.

Only 250,000 tickets were sold for the St. Patrick's Day Raffle, making it the Oregon Lottery game with the best odds to win $1 million.

In addition to the top prize, the game also has 1,800 other cash prizes including 300 prizes of $500 and 1,500 prizes of $100.

This week the Oregon Lottery has given away more than $14.6 million in large jackpots.

The next Oregon Raffle will be the 2016 St. Patrick's Day Raffle, with tickets going on sale in January 2016.
