Police Say Three Lebanon Kids Were Kidnapped

Suspects in the case are Charles Agosto and Julia Anne Payne

(LEBANON, Ore.) - Investigators at the Lebanon, Oregon Police Department say they are investigating the abduction of three children. According to a news release issued today, the Children were taken from 800 Harrison Street in Lebanon, Oregon at about 1:30 AM this morning, Saturday May 3rd 2008, by their non custodial parent Charles Agosto and his domestic associate Julia Payne.

The Suspects in this case are believed to be in a Black 1984 Cadillac Eldorado 2 door with Oregon License ZXN447.

Police say the children who were abducted are four-year old boy named Izaya Agosto Payne, a two-year old boy named Isacc Agosto Payne, and a nine-year old girl named Saije Payne.

Police say Charles Agosto is 29 years of age five foor nine inches tall 170 pounds Brown Hair and Hazel eyes.

Julia Anne Payne is 30 years of age five foot four inches tall 140 pounds Blond Hair shoulder length with Blue eyes.

It would be nice to let the people know that they were found last summer and the children have been reunited with their biological mother, Julia Anne Payne. They have been living with her now for at least 4-6 months.
