Michigan Issues Amber Alert for 16-Year Old Girl

Police believe Samantha Stewart is in danger.

(EAST LANCING, Mich.) - The State of Michigan Issued the Amber Alert Thursday morning after a girl went missing in East Lansing on Tuesday. Police believe she is with the suspect and in danger.

Samantha Stewart is a 16-year old white female, 5' 3", 120 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair in a ponytail.

She was last seen wearing blue jeans, white tennis shoes a gray sweatshirt w/ hood a blue shirt that ties in front a gold green stone ring and a watch. She has ear piercings and four scars on her left arm below the shoulder.

The suspect is 18-year old Zachary Thomas Barks, a white male, 5' 9", 180 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

The suspect vehicle is a a teal GMC pickup with Michigan tag number BSL 9000. There is a picture of a wolf on the back of the pickup and silver color on the bottom.
