Cold Case Squad investigators Seeking Man Who May Have Information on 80`s Homicide

(SALEM) - The Marion County Sheriff`s Office Cold Case Squad is asking for the public`s help in locating a possible witness relating to an unsolved homicide investigation from the early 1980s.

The possible witness has been identified as Don Smith, who is believed to have resided at 1085 Madison Street NE, Salem, Oregon, during the early 1980s.

In order to locate Smith, investigators need information such as employment, current address or telephone number and descriptive information.

Investigators are asking that anyone with information about Smith`s whereabouts call the cold case squad at (503)-540-8006 or through the Marion County Sheriff`s Web site at sheriff.co.marion.or.us/ccsquad.asp.
