Alan Hart's Speech at Nakba Remembrance

A veteran journalist visits from the UK to talk about the Palestinian tragedy.

(DEARBORN, Mich.) - Veteran British reporter Alan Hart, is on the road in the U.S. sharing a message based on a life of work with the highest level world officials.

This reporter turned author is revered for his work and particularly for his interest in exposing the situation in Palestine for what it is, as people there survive under daily oppression dealt out to them by Israel.

This is a special time of year for Palestinians, and the word 'special' certainly can represent a mixed bag. This is the time of the Nakba.

“Nakba” is the Arabic word for Catastrophe, the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people, de population of Palestine of its native inhabitants which took place around the emergence of the state of Israel from 1947-1949.
