Apartheid Government Panicking: Time to Increase Actions

The vote and potential downstream events have dominated interest.

Arab demonstration against Jewish immigration in the mid 1930's
Arab demonstration against Jewish immigration in the mid 1930's is violently broken up by British force Near Jerusalem's New Gate. The persecution of Palestinians and the squashing of their rights is nothing new.

(NEW HAVEN, Ct.) - On 16 October 1935, a barrel marked “cement” fell as it was being unloaded from ships at the port in Jaffa. The broken barrel contained guns, grenades, and ammunition and was one of many secret shipments to the underground Zionist terrorist militias in Palestine.

That incident among others (including the British government collusion in marginalizing natives in Palestine while encouraging Zionist Jewish migration and takeover) led in the year after to the great Palestinian uprising of 1936.

Before the state of Israel was founded, these terrorist underground militias that were to become the Israel “Defense” Forces committed over 100 massacres of civilians.

The atrocities intensified in the months leading up to the “declaration of independence”. In March and April 1948 alone over 25 massacres were committed including infamous ones such as Tantura and Deir Yassin.

Israeli leaders themselves credited these actions as of great use in getting the Palestinians to evacuate Palestine so that a Jewish state could be established without a demographic “burden” of “non-Jews” (Christians and Muslims).

The massacres continued after the war with government ordered slaughters at Kufr Kassem in 1956 (see: taayush.org/new/kassem.html), and more until the latest slaughter of 1400 in three weeks in Gaza (most of them civilians).

This showed that the state of Israel is still addicted to these policies of terror. Israeli leaders as before try to intimidate the world into silence and some do comply (the US and some Western Countries also feed this addiction with money and weapons and use of veto power to protect Israel from Internatioanl law).

However, ethnic cleansing via state terrorism has become more exposed over the decades and Israeli leaders have been frustrated. They started using other coercive tools to affect the Zionist goal of a Palestine free from Palestinians: economic strangulations, bureaucracy, unjust laws analogous to the Nutremberg laws etc.

The major credit for the decreased effectiveness of slaughter as an instrument of policy is Palestinian resistance (most of it civil resistance). The second factor is that in the age of the internet, governments and wealthy racists have less control over information.

The public even in the US, Holland, France, England, etc. is largely aware and disgusted by their governments’ support of ethnic cleansing in Palestine. We need to now translate the public mood and sentiment into change in government policy. That takes determination, energy and opportunity. We have an opportunity NOW.

The UN Human Rights Council voted by 25 : 6 to accept the Goldstone report despite intensive lobbying by the Israeli government and by the (Zionist dominated) US government.

25 Countries voted for the resolution including China, Russia, Egypt, India, Brazil, Jordan, Pakistan, South Africa, Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ghana, Indonesia, Djibouti, Liberia, Qatar, Senegal, Mauritius, Nicaragua, and Nigeria.

Six countries voted against the report: US, Italy, Holland, Hungary, Slovakia and the Ukraine. 11 countries abstained: Bosnia, Burkina-Faso, Cameron, Gabon, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Belgium, South Korea, Slovenia and Uruguay. Others did not show-up to vote.

Citizens of all those countries should write to their representatives in government (Presidents, parliamentarians etc) and commend those who supported accountability for war criminals and shame those who voted against it or abstained (spineless) thus becoming complicity in such war crimes.

We must also reject the attempts by some countries to save Israel by asking it to conduct an internal investigation; you cannot ask a criminal to investigate his crime and Israel never found its leaders culpable for even one of the hundreds of massacres they committed). (British Prime Minister Brown and French President Sarkozy wrote a joint letter to Netanyahu with diplomatic language that only means more green light to do state terror in the name of “security”)

The importance of this is not to be underestimated (hopefully eventually shocking the Israeli public out of its denial).

This worries the Israeli government. The vote and potential downstream events have dominated the interest and talk of Israeli media and politicians.

According to Haaretz: “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned on Friday that Israel must prepare for a protracted struggle against a damning United Nations report..” and daughter of Irgun terrorist and war criminal Tzipi Livni stated “Today's vote was political and cynical. Israel will continue to do the right thing and to protect its citizens, and will continue the international battle against the report to ensure the legal protection of IDF officers, wherever they may be.”

The apartheid government is quickly forming a high level task force to exonerate itself and all its criminals. The Turkish government also took principled positions adding to the apartheid system delusions of denial and desperation (far better than positions of Arab countries like Jordan and Egypt and Israel is also panicking on this; imagine if Arab countries cut their ties) I think all of us should create grassroot committees all around the world to ensure accountability and to redouble our efforts on boycotts, divestments, and sanctions per the Palestinian Civil Society call to Action (bdsmovement.net/?q=node/5">bdsmovement.net/?q=node/52">bdsmovement.net/?q=node/522).

Why Are Palestinians Losing Faith in Obama? Ask Rahm Emanuel

The Palestinians have the Cairo speech to hold on to, but I have bad news for them. Bibi is eating Obama’s lunch. No one in that top 50, or the top 500 have any loyalty to the oppressed residents of the West Bank or Gaza. Official Washington has been drinking the AIPAC kool-aid for so long they don’t know what all the fuss is about: wallwritings.wordpress.com/2009/10/14/why-are-palestinians-losing-faith-in-obama-ask-rahm-emanuel/

Paul,I couldn't help myself, humor me when I ask you as man to man.,if I, as say a southern baptist-buddhist-voodoo guy and you.,a self proclaimed non-religious semite financier., both met and weighed in at the same bulk, same height and physical configuration, and both jumped from the highest peak into the most vertical, sheerest, ice covered face of Mt.Arrarat's 6,000 meter abyss,(you know the place where H.M.S."Ark" drydocked all those years ago., and look what's happened since the animals escaped I ask you?),oh anyway, if we both jumped at the same time, which one of us would hit first? Don't say "who cares" cause this is serious.,I think I would because you would only feign jumping, holding back at the last nano-second to check the relative odds of profit over participation in this joint venture, as I impacted without a sound. What doth thou perceive?,come on man,you must have something to say,"yala nazoos!"

Thousand meter stare; October 20, 2009 7:58 pm (Pacific time)

Paul,it didn't occur to me that you may be one of the Rothschild dynasty whose all important family money exchange's fractional interest banking system runs the Federal Reserve. Yahweh! Suspecting this I as humbled to have questioned Israel's policy toward..,Palestine,or Iran.,or Iraq.,or Lebanon,or Syria.,or Malaysia,or Turkey,or Lybia.,Jordan,or even Abraham consorting with his housemaiden-concubine Hagai, which seems strange to me as the Queran has a story identical to that of Abraham being told to sacrife Issac in the Hebrew old testament only the son is Ishmael.Maybe a misprint? Why would the Maker of Ten Thousand Things create such a dichotomy? Teach us Paul, teach us!

Daniel October 20, 2009 1:38 pm (Pacific time)

Paul if you are not religious and do not believe in an afterlife you are NOT a jew you are an atheists . Genetically you may be Teutonic with a few markers from the original four who migrated into Germany 1500 years ago . So my germanic friend why are you so against the Semitic people of the middle east ?

Daniel October 20, 2009 1:12 pm (Pacific time)

The majority on both sides of the conflict want the violence to end , but the leadership has there own ideas .

"BTW I'm a Jew who makes more money in one week than you antisemites make in a year lol" Thats great, Paul...we are all very very impressed....but this article is not about who makes the most money..it is about ISRAELI WAR CRIMES...I understand that to you, the bottom line is money...the rest of us are not so shallow, self-centered and egomaniacal...but we are just stupid goy...not even human, according to your religion. What a vile person...

Paul my man, could the Islamic outlook on Israel possibly stem from their land being stolen and occupied by those of the Hebrew persuasion? A particularily brutal occupation as I recall history and current events, similar in many respects to the genocide of our own govt. and military at the time toward the native American people., so I'm not throwing stones from a glass hootch, just wondering. The comment about money was totally bizaar.

Paul October 19, 2009 9:32 pm (Pacific time)

I wonder what you would be saying if you were born Islamic?

I'll tell you what I'd be saying. I wouldn't like the Israelis but I wouldn't pretend that every event hinged on Israel's foreign policy. For instance, when a woman is stoned to death in Somalia for adultery, I wouldn't find a way to detract from the event. When Russia commits atrocities against Chechnyan's, I wouldn't wait until after a prayer to say "Death to Israel". I wouldn't set up boycotts that target Israel alone or hold them up for contempt with comparisons to the Nazis, when there are modern day examples that are ten times as apt. I think I would also be more amenable to the notion of compromise and would have seen the partition proposal as a missed opportunity. I'd also be very sick about the justification of suicide bombings as I'm not religious, don't believe in an afterlife and most of all don't believe it's an honorable act to kill women and children to buy your way into 72 women's pants. Just my view. But sure, the ridiculous contempt for Israel is about one part outrage at their policies for every 50 parts outrage at their audacity for wanting to stop missile attacks.

Editor: Paul, let's just sign off on this one and agree that we all want peace in Palestine and Israel.  Agreeing to disagree and finding common ground is healthy.

Editor: even though I am in 100 percent agreement with you in regards to your response with Dave, we have to quit letting our emotions get the best of us. I have gotten Tim mad at me, Henry mad at me etc. Why? Because, instead of posting with a sane mind, I posted out of anger. I am learning to do better. I have many conduits that I learn from, and all of those conduits have something or the other I dont agree with. But, even though I dont agree with certain aspects, I overlook them and am learning to put my eyes on the overall picture. The picture I see? Salem-news, even when I disagree with them, tells more truth than 90% of the mainstream news and other websites. To Dave: I ask this sincerely, with an open heart. Please explain more in regards to what your problem is with this article. Calling names does not help me in regards to my research. If you have something that I should learn, please share. Thanks.

Paul October 19, 2009 5:29 pm (Pacific time)

BTW I'm a Jew who makes more money in one week than you antisemites make in a year lol

Editor: Good for you Paul, at least you don't brag about it.

Paul October 19, 2009 5:27 pm (Pacific time)

Your comments seem laden with hatred towards Jews. I don't know which Jews are laughing but I'm not. Yes a large percentage of the Muslim world dislikes Jews simply as a race hatred. It's not my fault you're seething with anger at your lack of accomplishments. Just blame the Jews if it makes you feel better.

Editor: Lighten up Paul, you know you're blowing smoke, you know we aren't prejudice.  Israeli military and political policy is what we're talking about.  You come across like a full-blown Zionist and if that is true, then you believe your religion/race entitles you to treat human beings like animals.  The Confederates were stopped, the Nazi's were stopped, the Apartheid in S. Africa was stopped, and this too will stop.  It has nothing to do with anti-semitic nonsense.  That would imply that people have a problem with the Jewish race, and that is not the case.  It just so happens that the players in this are Jewish, it is a coincidence.  We are really down on the military junta in Malaysia, what does that make us in your opinion?  Some Muslim people dislike Zionists because they sport a racist philosophy.  They have been abused in Palestine for over sixty years now.  I wonder what you would be saying if you were born Islamic?

shane October 19, 2009 4:26 pm (Pacific time)

The Palestinians need their own Gerry Addams. Who or what this person may look like is beyond me, but the movement needs such a charismatic, if imperfect (as Addams certainly is) face. The Brits tortured and humiliated the Catholics in occupied Northern Ireland for 300 years before the light was shone on the atrocities. The Good Friday accords were certainly not perfect, but the thug Brits aren't puuling people from their homes in the dark of night anymore either.

"sematic" adj."Serving as a warning or signal of danger. Used especially of the coloring of some poisonous animals." Is S-N against animals using coloring to warn potential predators? Dave, now that you have yourself established as semi-illiterate, are you going to try for irrelevant ?

dave October 18, 2009 10:33 pm (Pacific time)

So you have now established yourself as anti-sematic are you going to try for antiamerican?

Editor: You can have any stupid lies fly out of your mouth that you want to.  What describes you? Pro-murder and pro-genocide, racist bigot toward Arab people?  Is that a start?  Some of my best friends are Jewish and they laugh in your face for such absurd accusations.  I mean it, we are sick of this and we are cranking it on, every day we raise the awareness of the Israeli murder machine and who's helping?  Our Jewish friends in the peace movement.    Lies are your only hope, like the Nazi bastards in the 30's,  and they're worth jack-sh*t around here.
