Marijuana Parties in Washington State: Vacation Destination and New Year`s Eve

I can hear the stampedes going through the airports from here, 40 miles away.

(PORTLAND, OR) - Clark County Fairgrounds Now that marijuana is legal in Washington state, a new industry has suddenly flamed up.

Although it is illegal to smoke in public or while driving, any other place appears legal. The cops are crying in their beer about this -- tut tut.

People would be amazed/shocked/traumatized if they knew what goes on behind the scenes at eateries.

(CALGARY, Alberta) - Character Farva in the movie Clark County Sheriff's Deputy Edward Bylsma went into a Burger King in Vancouver, WA early one morning in March 2009. He ordered a hamburger and, after getting it, had an uneasy feeling about a couple of the workers.

He checked the burger and found a gob of spit. A DNA check revealed that it came from one of the workers.

Man Dies from Injuries Suffered While Falling From a Moving Vehicle in Clark County

Police say the man, 27-year old Victor A Vega-Espinoza of Vancouver, Washington, sustained severe trauma to his head and was transported to Emanuel Hospital, where he died.

(VANCOUVER, Wash.) - Death investigation Investigators in Clark County say a man fell from a moving vehicle last night at the intersection of 63rd Street and 100th Avenue. They were called to the scene at 8:15 PM.

Witnesses told police the subject was riding in the backseat when he opened the door and subsequently fell out of the vehicle and onto the roadway. There was also a passenger in the front seat.
