PTSD and Fragging of Officers in Vietnam

In 1970, 209 officers or high sergeants were fragged. In 1969 it was only 96. In 1971 it was about one per week.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - Soldiers in Vietnam who refused a mission Last week I posted an article, April 21, 2009 PTSD:IS IT A PSYCHOSIS?. One of my statements was about murder and suicides.

I stated the fact that about 200 officers in Vietnam were fragged or killed by their own men in retaliation for putting the troops on suicide missions – SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

Sentencing in Charles Lynch California Medical Marijuana Case Delayed

A case we have been following for months; Charles Lynch faces prison even though he didn't violate state law.

(LOS ANGELES) - Charles Lynch on the Los Angeles Federal Courthouse steps Sentencing in the case of Morro Bay, California medical marijuana dispensary owner Charles Lynch, has been delayed in a Los Angeles Federal Court.

Lynch, who is 47, was pursued by a California Sheriff as part of an alleged personal vendetta. In fact, local law enforcement reportedly used the name of a convicted child molester also named Charles Lynch, to confuse people and turn them against the legal dispensary, in the course of their investigation.

(MT. HOOD, Ore.) - Exotic car club owners being cited by OSP in Oregon, 4-23-09 An Oregon State Police trooper cited the drivers of six exotic sports cars for speed racing Thursday morning when he spotted the vehicles at a high rate of speed on Highway 18 near Grand Ronde.

Over two hours later, one of the same vehicles was stopped again by OSP in the Columbia River Gorge for a high speed violation.

(LOS ANGELES) - Chuck Lynch Legal counsel for the advocacy organization Americans for Safe Access (ASA) will appear on behalf of Charles C. Lynch at his federal sentencing hearing today to challenge the federal government's claim of state law violations.

Even though defendants are prevented from using a medical marijuana defense in federal court, they can argue state law compliance at sentencing.
