The person of interest is 22-year old Matthew Avina-Norris.
(KLAMATH FALLS, Ore.) -
Three shooting victims were found injured, two fatally, early Sunday morning at an apartment at 4520 Bristol Avenue, according to Klamath County Chief Deputy District Attorney David P. Groff.
Preliminary investigation found that 20-year old Marissa Lynn Orlow was found dead at the scene. 22-year old David Joshua Kitts, and 18-year old Melissa Ann Kitts, were transported to the hospital, where David Kitts later died. David and Melissa were husband and wife.
After stopping, the 30-year old male operator remained inside the car and placed a gun to his head. The OSP sergeant took cover and then heard a gunshot.

Oregon State Police say a motorist shot himself during a traffic stop Saturday evening after being stopped by an OSP Sergeant on Highway 22 west of the Highway 99W junction in Polk County.
Investigators say an OSP Sergeant stopped a 1995 Honda Civic four-door on Highway 22 near milepost 18 for a speed-related violation at approximately 6:57 PM.

Investigators say this is a case where fire sprinklers in an apartment building could have significantly reduced fire damage.

A 4 alarm fire broke out at the Clackamas Heights Apartments just before 3:00 PM Friday. Clackamas firefighters arriving at the apartments at 10807 Monroe in Milwaukie, they found heavy fire showing from the southwest corner of the apartments.
The first arriving crews found the rear of the apartment complex fully involved along with an out building. Large trees next to the apartment building were also fully involved.
Police say the man worked with others to falsely title cars that had been wrecked or totaled.

A nine-month long joint investigation resulted in the arrest of a former Oregon DMV employee Friday morning after a sixteen count indictment was handed down by a grand jury against the employee and two other co-conspirators.
The investigation began after personnel at the suspect's DMV office became suspicious of some of his activity, began monitoring his transactions.
