Attorney General Hardy Myers today announced the filing of an agreement in Clackamas County Circuit Court with a Milwaukie Internet retailer who, despite accepting payment for advertised goods and services, failed to deliver the promised products. In addition, customers’ requests for refunds were ignored.
Named in an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance (AVC) is Todd Grange, doing business as The USSSportsClub.com, AmericanPokerChampion.com, ToddSoft.com and Bluetooz. The AVC admits no law violation.

Missing swimmer Zacharey Harle's body was located this morning on the Willamette river. Polk County Sheriff's Office Spokesman Dean Bender says deputies are on scene to recover the body.
Zacharey was swimming across the river Tuesday with his 17-year-old friend Alexander Klawuhn, when they got about halfway across and got into trouble.
Accordingly, the company employee base will be reduced from over 7,000 to approximately 750.

Divers have resumed their search for victims hidden in the murky, swirling waters of the Mississippi River, in what authorities say will be a slow and dangerous recovery operation after the Interstate 35W bridge buckled and collapsed during the evening rush hour in Minneapolis on Wednesday.
The confirmed dead were identified as: 60-year-old Sherry Lou Engebretsen, of Shoreview, Minnesota; 32-year-old Julia Blackhawk, of Savage, Minnesota; 36-year-old Patrick Holmes, of Mounds View, Minnesota; and 29-year-old Artemio Trinidad-Mena, of Minneapolis.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic Male, 25 years of age, with a medium build.

Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who attempted to rape a woman Thursday night in northeast Salem.
Deputies say last night just after 10:00 PM, they responded to Chemeketa Community College on the report of an attempted rape.
The victim, a 26-year-old female, was jogging at the college's outdoor track.
