Sharif In Kabul Pledges Support For Peace Talks

Relations between the two countries have been marked by tensions, with Afghanistan often accusing Pakistan of aiding Taliban leaders sheltering across the border.

(KABULRadio Free Europe/Radio Liberty) - Afghanistan Pakistan map During a visit to Kabul, Pakistan's prime minister has said he supports Afghan efforts to seek peace with the Taliban. Nawaz Sharif was speaking after meeting with Afghan President Hamid Karzai on November 30. He said the recent release of a senior Taliban leader shows he is committed to helping bring peace to Afghanistan.

"I have assured my brother, President Karzai, that Pakistan would continue to extend all possible facilitation for the Afghan peace process," he said.

Free Syrian Army Leader Defects, Exposing FSA as Saudi-Israeli Run Project

(SACRAMENTO) - Former leader of the The leader of the "Free Syrian Army" (FSA) Eastern Front, Saddam al-Jamal, has broken ties with the FSA, citing that the group has been infiltrated with foreign spy agencies from the west since the beginning.

Al-Jamal, who was a member of the FSA Staff Board or Supreme Military Council, has recently dissociated himself from the FSA, its Military Council, and the National Coalition, aligning himself with al-Qaeda's "Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant," or DAASH as they refer to themselves. Sadly, the group poses a greater threat to Syria than the FSA.

PTSD: Malignant Medications are Murdering Military Heroes

Pharmacological treatment is best.

(PORTLAND, OR) - Iraq 2008 Readers are most likely wondering about my title --- good, good! A whole bunch of entrenched treatments must be critiqued. They are bad for the Veterans and society as a whole. With 22 PTSD Veterans killing themselves every day and thousands homeless or hermits, something must be said about this absolute betrayal of our combat Veterans. Our society owes them the return of their souls and minds.

It is not necessary for me to recite the causes and effects of PTSD. They are well known and a cancer on our society. Almost from the first, they were regarded as a lack of moral fiber and/or a sign of whimpiness. Not so. The best combat soldier is frequently the worst victim if he is still alive. His brain has been undone.
