What will be the final fib before the next preemptive attack on Iran?

(LOS ANGELES) - The Xmas Crotch Bomber, the Shoe Bomber of ten years ago and the NY Times Square Bomber have one thing in common with the packages of "explosives" located on UPS Planes in Europe yesterday: NONE had blasting caps present which would be required for initiate the blast for each explosive. The only thing accomplished was to raise the fear factor a notch or two which enables more restrictions on our Constitution and Bill of Rights. At no time were the passengers nor the aircraft in any danger whatsoever.

The restrictions began on 911 with The Patriot Act being enacted 45 days later, followed by the War Powers Act and the Military Commissions Act which eliminated Habeas Corpus. The first five words to the First Amendment have been violated: "Congress shall make no Law....."

The FBI stated four years ago that it had "no hard evidence that Osama bin Laden had anything to do with the events of 911". Someone forgot to brief Bush, et al or Barack Obama as we still hear of the bogey man creating havoc.

What will be the final fib before the next preemptive attack on Iran?

Will the Russians and Chinese stand idly by watching their billion dollar contracts go up in smoke before their eyes?

Without conducting a new investigation of the grossly impaired 911 Commission Report, the Obama administration has become accessory after the fact of 911. The evidence involved has no statute of limitation as it rests on the charge of mass murder and treason against America by Americans for political gain and the unjustified preemptive invasion of two sovereign nations, Afghanistan and Iraq, who did not attack the US.

That alone constitutes the most egregious war crime, Crimes Against Peace followed by the mass torture at Abu Ghraib which constitutes Crimes Against Humanity where mothers of Iraqi detainees were forced to watch their sons being sodomized by US interrogators.

We hanged folks for these crimes shortly after WWII.

Opening remarks at the Nuremberg International War Crimes Tribunal were made by Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson, appointed by President Harry Truman to be the lead prosecutor at Nuremberg included the following: "The standards by which we judge these defendants (Nazis) today are the standards by which we shall be judged tomorrow." Then we hanged them.

Tomorrow is today.
