The VA this week outlined which ships are now considered to have been exposed to Agent Orange during Viet Nam. A number of offshore “blue water” naval vessels conducted operations on the inland “brown water” rivers and delta areas of Vietnam.
FACT: Some Judges can and will commit crimes, the problem is exposing them and getting them prosecuted. When someone exposes a judge the first thing they do is attack the person who reports them. Police often side with the judge because they can’t be objective due to working under that judge. This allows unethical judges to commit crimes, abuse victims and stay immune to prosecution.
The Beirut Marine Barracks bombing, which killed 241 American servicemembers and injured numerous others, was the deadliest state-sponsored terrorist attack against United States citizens before September 11, 2001. A judgment of $920 million has been obtained against the Iranian government on behalf of more than 80 family members of Marines/soldiers who were killed or injured in the 1983 bombing of the U.S. Marine Barracks in Beirut, Lebanon, as well as Marines/soldiers who were injured in the attack themselves.
There was a time, a long time in fact, when the best possible stateside duty a Marine could hope for was Marine Corps Air Station El Toro in Orange County.
It's hard to say exactly what convicted Diane Downs in the shooting of her children, a terrible event that played out on a dark night in 1983. If one word plays into the scenario over and over, it is "emotion" and that is indeed a raw, powerful determiner of guilt in many cases, sometimes appropriately, sometimes not.

A Nashville, Tennessee doctor charged in Kentucky with illegally prescribing painkillers lost his medical license for several years after fatally shooting his wife of one year and her mother after his wife filed for divorce in 1986.
I hope everyone is transitioning after the hour loss of sleep the government imposed upon all of us a few days ago. Contrary to popular opinion that daylight saving time was for farmers, it was first established in the United States in 1918 as a wartime measure to conserve electricity. I am absolutely for finding ways to conserve energy. That is one of the reasons I would like to explore an end to changing the clocks and stay on daylight saving time.
How can a nation like the United States be duped into two wars and total bankruptcy? It would be one thing if the “truth” about 9/11 was internet conspiracy theory. This isn’t the case. It was all right there in everyone’s living room. They fooled us once and then fooled us again and again. Yes, America has some tail to kick but this time, maybe we should make sure our boot goes up the right rear end for a change.
Can you imagine being accused and convicted of a crime you did not commit, and then realizing that the only way you will ever see freedom again is if you change your 30-year old story? Welcome to the world of Oregon's most famous convicted child killer, Diane Downs.

30 years have passed, but the parents of Diane Downs, Wes and Willadene Frederickson, still remain hopeful that their daughter can find justice in Oregon's courts for a wrongful conviction and life sentence. They raise many concerns over her three-decade old conviction for the shooting of her three children, one of whom died, and say even the most basic tests for courts were not met or passed. We're talking about things like blood splatter, and gunshot residue... telltale signs of involvement with a crime involving a firearm.
