If you listen to Israeli Peace Activist Gila Svirsky, you just might believe that there is hope for this eternally painful and deadly situation. She says that the core problem, like so many in the world, stems from people who have extremist beliefs. A resident of Jerusalem, Gila was born and raised on the east coast of the U.S. before moving to Israel 43 years ago.

Ron Noble Talks About Recovery of Murder Victim Brooke Wilberger (VIDEO)

The former Corvallis Police Lieutenant says he is relieved by the recovery of Brooke's remains, calling it bittersweet news.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Brooke Wilberger McMinnville Police Chief Ron Noble was a Corvallis Police Lieutenant when Brooke Wilberger disappeared in May 2004. Her remains were recovered in recent days after a confession from her killer, Joel Courtney. He avoided a death sentence by revealing the location of her remains.

Jack Herer is the author of "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" the best-selling cult classic that ignited the Hemp Revolution worldwide.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Jack Herer As of this morning there was little change in his condition. He has not awakened, and is in stable but critical condition. On this, the seventh day since Jack Herer was struck down by a heart attack, he is still fighting for his life, but he's not fighting it alone.

His friends, family and followers number in the tens of thousands, and they're all holding strong that Jack will be back.
