Five Shot in Tucson: Federal Judge Dies, Arizona Rep. Shot

Killer is caught; A nine year old girl was shot and killed. Arizona State Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was shot in the head. She survived the shooting and immediately was transported and went into surgery.

(TUCSON, Ariz.) - Judge John Roll was killed; Arizona State Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was shot but survived the shooting. Tragedy erupts in Arizona; a 22-year old man opened fire in Tucson, killing at six including Judge John Roll. In 2009, he was the subject of an article in Slate about judges whose lives are threatened over controversial decisions.

Hmong People Mourn Death of Royal Lao General Vang Pao

Vang Pao, former general, Hmong leader, and enemy of the Communist Pathet Lao, passed away at the age of 81.

(FRESNO, Calif.) -  Royal Lao General Vang Pao Vang Pao, former Royal Laos general; noted Hmong leader and military leader, passed away in Fresno, California late Thursday. He had been hospitalized for the ten days before his death in Clovis, California.

Vang Pao was born in the Xiangkhouang Province of Laos, which was French Indochina when Gen. Pao was born in 1929.

(TEL AVIV / SALEM) - Palestinian side of the wall These Israeli artists can't seem to figure out that this wall they seek to decorate is the largest symbol of Israel's occupation and consequent; the wall, which is a tool of Israel's apartheid government, where different laws exist for Jews and non-Jews.

Different roads also exist, and Lord knows you can't live in most of Israel if you aren't Jewish. If you are Arab it can be next to impossible. This is the reality of Israel and it's perpetual state of 'victimhood' which is an excuse to terrorize a population that existed here long before the waves of Jewish refugees in the late 40's and early 50's.
