Police Investigate Fatal Crash on Highway 26 east of Government Camp

The crash remains under investigation.

(GOVERNMENT CAMP, Ore.) - Salem-News.com Oregon State Police troopers are investigating a traffic crash that resulted in the death of a Pine Grove-area woman on Highway 26 about ten miles east of Government Camp.

According to OSP Lieutenant Pat Ashmore, on January 25, 2010 at approximately 7:44 a.m. a commercial truck pulling two tankers loaded with malt driven by 63-year old Ronald Lewis Jory of Olympia, Washington was eastbound on packed snow/ice covered Highway 26 near milepost 65.

(ANNAPOLIS) - Maryland`s flag Tomorrow, Maryland lawmakers, patients and advocates will hold a press conference to announce the introduction of medical marijuana legislation in the Maryland state legislature.

“This bill will provide Maryland’s doctors and patients with another tool in the toolbox, to be used safely and responsibly like any other therapy,” said Del. Dan Morhaim (D-Baltimore County), the bill’s co-sponsor and a physician board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine.

Amber Alert Issued for 8-Year Old Oklahoma Girl

Anyone with information is asked to call the Comanche County Sheriff's Office at 580-353-4280 or dial 911.

(GERONIMO, Okla.) - 8-year old Aja Jotson and abductor 47-year old Lester Hobbs The State of Oklahoma issued an Amber Alert Monday morning after a girl was reportedly abducted by the suspect from her home in Geronimo late Sunday.

The girl's mother was found dead in the home and the suspect is wanted for questioning in the woman's homicide. The suspect should be considered dangerous. Aja Jotson, a white female, 8 years old, 4', 65 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a very thin build.
