Drug Dealer`s 269 Month Prison Term 3 Times Longer than Sentence for Child Abusers

Two Ukrainian immigrants convicted of nine counts of Child Abuse, are sentenced to 7 years in prison. A Hispanic man sold meth ten times to narcs while his kids were in the house, and he's going down for 22 years.

(MCMINNVILLE, Ore.) - Police tape McMinnville Police and McMinnville Fire Units were dispatched to a vehicle versus pedestrian crash in the intersection of SW Agee and Shelton Street McMinnville this morning at 7:47 a.m.

Captain Matt Scales with McMinnville Police, says the driver of the vehicle, Scott Lee Albert of 1647 SW Shelton Street McMinnville, OR, was operating a 1981 Chevrolet Blazer in the area of SW Shelton and Agee Street.

Man Hit by Train Near Gervais

If anyone has information regarding Mr. Montelongo or family members, please contact the Marion County Sheriff's Office at 503 588-5032.

(GERVAIS, Ore.) - Antonio Montelongo was struck by an Amtrack train and killed Marion County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a pedestrian hit by an Amtrak train Thursday at 3:30 p.m. about 1/2 mile north of Gervais.

When deputies arrived they found a 33-year old Hispanic male who was deceased and identified as Antonio Montelongo believed to be from the Gervais area.
