Woman charged with first and second degree murder in death of infant found last week.

(OCEAN CITY, Md. ) - Ocean City police have found the remains of three more infants in and outside of the home of a woman who was arrested and charged last week in the death of an infant.

Ocean City Police investigators searched the home of 37-year-old Christy Freeman Thursday night after obtaining a search warrant.

They discovered a child’s body wrapped in a blanket inside the home.

Float Plane Crash in Oregon Kills Two

The first arriving officers indicated the aircraft was nose-down on its top, partially submerged, with the tail resting in trees on the bank.

(OREGON CITY, Ore. ) - Two people died shortly before noon Saturday when their float plane apparently broke-up in mid-air and crashed into the Willamette River about 200-yards above the Willamette Falls near Oregon City.

Multiple witnesses indicated the two-passenger, single-engine plane was taking off from the river toward the falls, rose to about 75-feet, wobbled in the air, and then began a steep turn to the left.

Police Bust Craigslist Prostitution Business

The investigation continues, and more arrests are possible.

(MILWAUKIE, Ore. ) - Clackamas County deputies raided a house in Milwaukie they say served as the base of operations for a prostitution business that advertised on the Internet.

A search warrant was served on a house as 3233 SE Park Avenue in Milwaukie, where deputies say they found drug paraphernalia, several computers, fax machines, money, credit cards, and "printed documents."

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Joseph P. Nacchio, 57, the former chief executive officer of Qwest Communications International Inc., was sentenced to 6 years in prison for insider trading, the Justice Department announced Friday.

Chief U.S. District Judge Edward Nottingham for the District of Colorado also ordered Nacchio to pay a $19 million fine and serve two years of supervised release.

Bend Man Arrested in Connection to Mill City Fatal Crash

OSP Sergeant Eric Brown arrested 30-year-old John Eric Young, from Bend, at his residence without incident.

(BEND, Ore. ) - Oregon State Police arrested a Bend-area man Wednesday on charges related to an April 2007 fatal traffic crash on Highway 22 in Mill City.

The man was transported to Salem where he was lodged in Marion County Jail for Manslaughter in the Second Degree and Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants.
