Video Footage Reveals Raid on Rick Simpson Home

(SALEM, Ore.) - Apparently without a warrant, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) raided medical marijuana activist Rick Simpson's home. The video below was produced by Christian Laurette, also producer of Run From The Cure.

Many of the news reports are incorrect with their reporting of the details of this raid. No plants were seized during this raid although there have been several conflicting news reports that over 70 plants were seized from Rick Simpson's home; and this is simply untrue.

The Amherst RCMP would not own up to raiding Rick Simpson's house, in fact no departments will take direct responsibility for the latest in a string of cowardly acts they committed against Rick Simpson and his "patients" on November 25, 2009.

This is the third police raid since 2005 on the man who cures cancer (and controls many other illnesses) with hemp oil.. the very one who healed thousands!

Police were aware of the cameras in the house due to posted window and door signs (the door which they broke open causing damage when they knew no one was home). Not to mention the fact that they stole the cameras too.

We are asking for the public's assistance to bring this issue to the world. Copy and distribute this video NOW! Upload to as many websites and youtube accounts that you can to ensure its continued viewing.

EDITOR: We're not sure why YouTube removed it, but we've heard it was because the police allege they didn't know there were surveillance cameras. This is impossible since we have photo proof that there were at least 3 posted signs about cameras on the very doors the RCMP broke down. It's times like this that I wish I'd gotten an MBA, or been a cannabis grower, and become wealthy, because I would give Rick's legal/survival fund a big infusion of cash right now. It's time for every cannabis user, medical or otherwise, and everyone who knows anyone who has died of cancer, to stand up against the imperial nanny state, and wrest back our right to the safe intoxicant, and safe medicine that is cannabis. I agree this is absolute bull, an infringement of our rights. According to the Canadian Bill of Rights we have all the right to grow marijuana and smoke it. We are doing no harm to anybody and it helps us live a more comfortable life. I've seen cases where they say that what if kids find the plants outdoors, that's a danger to them etc... Well Poison Ivy is more of a danger to kids, we should ban that. Fact: Any statutes they throw at you are not laws, they only apply to those who created them (lawyers) and those accepting them (those of us ignorant). I repeat, statutes are not laws and the Bill of Rights/Constitution overrides any statute. As for the officers, I try not to hold a grudge against them like others. They are following orders and I am convinced many of them don't want to be there. That's where we come in, we have to get educated and declare ourselves adults, not children of the province/state. Google robert arthur menard and check out his videos. I promise, very enlightening, especially for Canadians. In his videos he will tell you how to deal with authority. Do not be arrogant about it, treat them like human beings. They may not seem human in this video, but remember, it's the source of their orders that we should be peeved at. I refuse to believe the majority of the R.C.M.P. and police force get kicks out of doing something like this.

Wow, talk about living in a "Police State"! I'm sending this video to all my friends; let's bring these criminals to justice. They are literally targeting him for curing cancer -- and for providing serious relief for a host of other ailments. Is this type of illegal harrassment condoned by the government? If so, the government needs a complete overhaul. If not, the officers involved in this apparently warrantless search need to be placed under arrest and tried for the numerous criminal acts they commit on film against one of the greatest healers of our time.
