Iran Places Indigenous Fuel Rods Into Tehran Reactor

Iran has placed the first indigenous fuel rods into the heart of Tehran Research Reactor as President Ahmadinejad unveils the country’s latest nuclear achievements.

(TEHRAN Press TV) - According to the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, the fuel rods were produced at Isfahan nuclear facility and transferred to the Tehran Research Reactor under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors.

By placing nuclear plates into the Tehran reactor, Iran has taken the final step in completing the nuclear fuel cycle.

Iran's Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi and Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Fereydoun Abbasi were also present at the ceremony on Wednesday.

Several radio-pharmaceuticals made by Iranian experts were also unveiled by Ahmadinejad.

That is great. Obama is killing our Military, destroys 80 percent of our warheads, bows down to every dictator in this World and here Iram is going strong im getting a nuclear weapon. I am sure they dont just use it to get their own electricity. Well done Obama. I am sure if you have some tea with the little Hitler you can convince him not to use it agains Israel and the US.

Editor: 'Israel and the US'  How damned sad that will be if the little war crime state of Israel drags us down that road...
