Former Vikings in the league are linemen Chris Berg and Antonio Narcisse, of the New Orleans VooDoo, wide receiver/defensive back Orshawante Bryant, of the Utah Blaze, defensive back Reynard Carrie, of the San Jose SaberCats, defensive back Rashad Floyd, of the Colorado Crush, kicker Dan Frantz, of the Chicago Rush, and quarterback Juston Wood, of the Philadelphia Soul.

(HONOLULU ) - The University of Oregon softball team celebrated a 6-0 shutout of No. 23 Georgia Sunday in the championship game of the Pepsi Malihini Kipa Aloha Invitational and raised its record to 20-2 on the season.
UO senior second baseman Suzi Barnes hit her first home run of the season -- a three-run shot off the right field scoreboard in the second inning -- to put the Ducks up 5-0, and senior designated player Ann Marie Topps added a solo shot in the fourth inning for the Ducks’ final run.

(COLLEGE STATION, Texas) - Daniel Turpen pitched 8 1/3 scoreless innings for Oregon State and Mike Lissman delivered a pair of run-scoring doubles as the 15th-ranked Beavers beat St. Louis 2-0 on Sunday afternoon at Olsen Field in the Domino’s Pizza Aggie Baseball Classic.
Turpen and Mark Grbavac combined to pitch a five-hitter for OSU (13-3 overall).

Salem-News.com Sports (March 04, 2007 16:19)Western Oregon Falls to Montana State-Billings, 5-2 Salem-News.com SPORTSWolves drops quarterfinal game at CWU Invitational (RICHLAND, Wash.) - Western Oregon wrapped up a four-day stay at the Red Lion Inn CWU Invitational with a 5-2 quarterfinal loss to Montana State-Billings on Sunday.
The loss marked the second time in the tournament that the Wolves had fallen to the Yellowjackets.
WOU finished 3-4 in the tournament and is now 3-9 on the season.

The MVP’s were introduced inbetween the men's and women's final basketball games on Saturday at the Physical Education Building.
Junior forward Leada Berkey had one of the finest women’s basketball seasons in WOU school history this year.

Puget Sound improved to 23-6 and, with two wins over ranked opponents, advances to one of four four-team sectionals March 9th-10th, site and opponent to be determined.

(SEATTLE) - Seattle’s Captain Aaron Gagnon scored a hat trick, one on a penalty shot, to lead the host Seattle Thunderbirds over the Portland Winter Hawks 5-1 on Saturday night at the Key Arena in Seattle.
Radek Meidl and Lindsay Nielsen also scored for Seattle. Colton Sceviour scored the lone goal for Portland early in the third period to cut the lead to 2-1 but Seattle scored three goals after that to skate away with the victory.

OSU rolled to a 7-0 shutout victory over Minnesota, before dropping an extra-inning outing to No. 8 Northwestern, 4-0.
In the opener, it was all Oregon State (11-6) from the start.
