(DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.) - The moment of truth during Speedweeks 2007 for many NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series teams - including Michael Waltrip, Brian Vickers and Ward Burton - will come today in the Gatorade Duel at Daytona.
For this year's Daytona 500, NASCAR's richest and most prestigious event, there could be as many as 30 teams without guaranteed starting spots trying to qualify for "The Great American Race."
First race starts at 2:00 PM ET; the second race starts after the first one ends.

Seniors Chris Dearmon and Justin Pearch led the way for the Ducks (7-12, 2-8), with Dearmon recording a pin in 2:08 over Zack Smith in the heavyweight match and Pearch securing the 18-6 major decision over Wesley Moniz.

Benny Parsons, who was diagnosed with lung cancer, passed away last month in Charlotte, N.C. after complications from treatment.
