(PORTLAND) - Devin Setoguchi (Set-oh-GOOCH-eee), who was chosen 8th overall in the first round of last year’s NHL draft by the San Jose Sharks, scored a hat trick to lead the Prince George Cougars to a 6-2 win over the Portland Winter Hawks Tuesday in Memorial Coliseum.
20-year-old Jared Walker had a goal and 2 assists and 2nd round Tampa Bay Lightning draft pick, defenseman Vladimir Mihalik, added 3 assists for Prince George.
16-year-old winger Tayler Jordan scored his first WHL goal for Portland and Frazer McLaren added the Hawks’ other counter.

Nevada-Las Vegas won the tournament at 23-under 829. Brigham Young took second at 833, followed by Arizona (840), Tennessee (841) and UC Irvine (842) to round out the top five.

(LEXINGTON, KY ) - The University of Kentucky and head football coach Rich Brooks have finalized a new four-year contract, including a University option for a fifth year.
The new contract replaces Brooks’ initial five-year deal, which had one year remaining, and covers the 2007-10 seasons, plus the University option to renew for 2011.

The two led Pacific's efforts in the team's final dual meet of the season, against Willamette on Saturday.

(PORTLAND) - The Portland Winter Hawks will have three different opportunities for fans to purchase the actual jerseys that players have worn this season in games.
As you may remember, the Winter Hawks wore a special edition “camouflage” jersey in a game on Saturday November 11th against Seattle in honor of Veterans’ Day.

(DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.) - The IndyCar Series will return to historic Daytona International Speedway for a two-day test session on the 2.73-mile road course on Wednesday and Thursday.
The Open Test Session will feature top drivers from the IndyCar Series including Sam Hornish Jr., Helio Castroneves, Scott Dixon, Dan Wheldon, Danica Patrick, Marco Andretti, Darren Manning, Tony Kanaan, Scott Sharp, A.J. Foyt IV and Vitor Meira.
During the upcoming Open Test, teams will be gathering data from the DIS road course as they prepare for the 2007 IndyCar Series season

The Cardinal extended their winning streak to 16 games with a pair of key road wins at the Arizona schools.
Wiggins set the pace for Stanford, beginning with her 18 point, five rebound performance in the Cardinal's 86-76 win over the Wildcats on Thursday.

Allmendinger crashed for the second time in as many days. (LAS VEGAS) - Evernham Motorsports driver Elliott Sadler was the fastest overall as NASCAR Preseason Thunder Las Vegas concluded Tuesday.
Sadler's best lap of 28.606 sec./188.772 mph was more than one mile per hour faster than second-place driver Scott Riggs (187.318 mph).
