Western Oregon dropped to 3-18 on the year and to 2-8 in the GNAC.

The Beavers (0-1) dropped their second straight season opener by a 1-0 margin despite picking up five hits in the game – unfortunately they weren’t able to string the hits together in the same inning.

Kuhns game-winner gave the Wolves a lead for only the second time all night.
Mike Boxley’s shot with four seconds left did not go for Seattle and the Wolves left with the upset win.
