Over 800 athletes will compete in four separate races at the Sundodger Invitational, hosted by the University of Washington.
The George Fox teams will compete in the two Open races, which will primarily feature small-college athletes, while the two Invitational races later in the day will feature the major-college runners.

(SALEM) - In the first-ever "Soccer Under the Lights" double header, Corban's women's soccer team got a pair of late goals by junior Megan Waunch and freshman Marissa Walter en route to gaining a 2-0 victory over Cascade on Thursday.
With the score knotted at 0-0, the Warriors struck first in the 81st minute when Waunch hooked up with fellow Washingtonian and freshman midfielder Kacie Emerick on a through pass. Once Waunch got the ball, she dribbled left, and with one swift kick found the back of the net into the lower right corner.

(FOREST GROVE) - A strong start to the season for Laura Hill and the Pacific women's soccer team has been rewarded with Hill's selection as the Northwest Conference's Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.
Hill scored all three of her goals in the second half of the Boxers' season opening 5-0 victory over Cascade last Monday.

(FOREST GROVE) - Matt McDonough provided the last-minute heroics for Pacific Wednesday, scoring a solo goal with 34 seconds left as the Boxers bounced Cal State East Bay 1-0 in men's soccer action at Tom Reynolds Field.
Following an attempt for the Boxers from the far side of the pitch, McDonough was able to swipe the ball from a Pioneers' defender.
